Absinthe is a very alcoholic spirit made from the medicinal herb Artemisia absinthium otherwise known as wormwood. This drink adds a certain challenge to Jenga taking it to new levels (excuse the pun).

All that patient waiting was worth it when AW caugtht a beautiful Murray River Cod. An endangered native fish which we promptly returned to the river to grow big and strong.
